No resolution yet. I would just like a refund for the 4 packs of cigarettes I purchased that I had to throw away cigarettes from every pack I bought so far due to poor quality

Defective cigarettes
I have been smoking sonoma menthol for along time. And never had a problem, at all until 12/27/2022.
I bought a pack of sonoma menthol shorts, and I went to take a cigarette out of the pack. And the filter came off, so I let it go. Well then about 3 cigarettes were defective. I never had this issue before.
I tried to put the filter back on the cigarette and the filter crinkled up and one of the cigarettes I was smoking I went to flick the ash off of it and the filter fell off and the cigarette fell on my floor I wasn't going to contact use if it was only 1 cigarette but this was more then 1 or 2 so needless to say i had about 2 cigarettes I couldn't smoke and 1 cig that could of caused a fire cause when I was smoking it the filter fell of when I was pretty much almost done with the cigarette. The filter apparently wasn't attached to cig if I wanted to smoke non filter cigs I would of bought non filter cigarettes not menthol shorts so what do I do about this like I said this is the first time since I started smoking sonoma this problem has ever happened and all the people I know who switched to some also never ever had this problem so I don't know what happened or why this pack was like this defective cigarettes and then when I went to contact use I get a error saying I tried to contact use more then once when I went to get the authorization code out of my email and it says I can't sent my message for 24 hrs so idk what is up

I have the same problem it's like the roll your own cigarettes I am sick of paying $ 6-9 a pack to get 8 smokable cigarettes. I switched back to Marlboro little more expensive but at least you get a whole pack of smokes that ain't. Stale as ***
